Outside my window...the sun is shining so bright and the wind is kicking up. Temperatures are warm, and it's beautiful
I am thinking... how blessed I feel today!
From the learning rooms...God answers prayers
I am thankful for... one son found a job and the other is going for a interview tomorrow with a lead on two jobs.
From the kitchen... chicken and rice in the crockpot for dinner.
I am wearing... comfy blue sweats
I am reading... "Sommerfield Trilogy" by Kim Vogel Sawyer and " Managing my Moods" by Women of Faith study series "Beautiful in God's Eyes" again
I am hoping... things get better with my daughter.
I am creating... some blog entries hopefully, if blogger will allow me too. :)
Around the house... boxes for packing.
One of my favorite things... signs of spring after a COLD winter.
A few plans for the rest of the week... Work, as well as spend a little time everyday packing up some boxes.
A picture I felt like sharing...

Hi Cindy!
ReplyDeleteOooh, is that a tulip tree? That's what's in our back yard. I love this beautiful weather, but I don't get to be in it yet. Sigh. I am so ready for spring. I think we all are.
It sounds like you're moving soon! I loved reading your simple woman's day book. God's blessings on your week!
I hope things get better with your daughter too. I sure can relate to the ups and downs of the mother daugther relationship. Hugs and blessings Cindy.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful picture Cindy! Thank you for sharing. PTL on your son's job! I hope things get better with Tori too Cindy...they will. It's hard to have patience during things like this, but sounds like you are at peace. Sending you big hugs!
ReplyDeleteThe picture is beautiful, the cold weather and unusual winter down south has been hard on my yard. My Purple Magnolia didn't survive along with several Azaleas and Lilies.
ReplyDeleteWill hold your son in my prayers that he finds a job.
Hope you have a blessed week.
Molly
